I meticulously organize my work emails to the point of distraction sometimes, but it has helped me cover my ass more than once. This level of organization, as you might imagine, requires lots and lots of folder creation. Which I am more than happy to do.
However, I do need to type more carefully. I created a folder for an email thread that includes a discussion about problems with removing webpages from the site that I help maintain, and accidentally entitled it, “Issues with Deleting Mages.”
This issue should go all the way through my Supervisor to the Ivory Tower, but there’s always so many Procedures to go through first.
